The gloom/bearishness on SI (and elsewhere) is palpable. There's certainly a "wall of worry".

Now the question is whether this ole dog of a market can climb that wall? Interesting that it shook off some "fleas". Both the put/call ratio and the sharp reduction in the speculative long COT position should be encouraging for da bulls.
