Of course the Dow will get to 36,000_ that's a no brainer, unless one believe deflations is a government policy (which its not and never will be).

Because the real value of all currencies tends to inflate over time the market must go up... even if there is no growth. The only question is when.. so its a useless statement hovering in a vacuum.
