The way I see it is congress is trying to pass laws that will level the playing field.
In other words making it a little more rewarding for average investors to climb Wall Streets big mountain.

That's funny. More likely they will pass laws that help them get reelected while rewarding trial lawyers. But the best comment I read was that the upside of passage of the bill the other day was that, now that it's passed, it can't get any worse.
