Ahh, if only I could afford offshore accounts in sunny places - or any places. ;-(

BTW, I did look at the question of incorporating offshore in the early stages of a company where I was CFO. Arthur Andersen advised me that, while we could certainly do it, there would be nothing to gain from doing it. tunrs out it didn't matter anyway - we never made any money, so taxes were never an issue.
