Hi Buddy,

This retest to the 14's looks like a great buy area.

On TC2000 the stock is extremely oversold.

As price is dipping to slowly approach the quick vix spike low of 14.35 - it is surprising and most encouraging to note that VIX TSV and BOP have all recently turned positive.

Cohu's past lows have all been retested with a slower approach to the qicker spike low AND the divergences developing now also occurred in October 98.

These divergences did not occur in the September 01 quick vix spike. That's why we're getting this retest now.Not too far out to understand that a retest a year later would buy us more time to soak up over capacity created in 2000.

Sure wish I'd been 20/20 hindsight when I added to at the 200 day MA.ergh

If we look at how the new technologies are actually being put into production now : 300mm,.13 line widths, copper.Remember these took years to be piloted and now we have Intel with 2, lines TI with 1,Infineon with 1,and I think Samsung has the other.

There is a lot of excess capacity out there - this will be shuttered as the lean efficiencies create marginless sales for the old tech manufacturers.

Not saying this is pretty guys - but we have to stay vigil on looking for the turn.

There will be another cycle - we need to be part of it!!
