Jay, how do you explain the ACF paradox then? Markets should be booming if it's true that massive money printing causes bubbles.

I'm sure you don't really think that the hundreds of millions of people pricing markets are all mindless zombies in thrall to Uncle Al. I dare say you exclude yourself. I wonder how many people agree that they are themselves one of said mindless zombies.
