I think that the CFO and general counsel leaving at the same time is indicative of something. I don't think that the fact that they are out of Bermuda and thus exempt from the 8/14 signature requirements means that their departure isn't a bad sign. I had heard from a public statement by the company (as I recall) that they were not required to sign but I just read this on a website. Creating a bit of doubt in my mind. I guess we should know in the morning. investorshub.com RE: Dollar. Look at the drop from just before noon to its current level (-1.20 approximately).
