Adelphia was cut and dried (much of it was strait embezzlement) - the evidence appears to be clear cut.

Enron may end up being cut and dried - but there appears to be significantly more info to sift thru to collect evidence... Justice has 3 times the staff working on it than they had on Adelphia.

It's not amazing at all - when prosecutors understand they will be dealing with massive defense teams they build as much of a case as possible before indictment.
