If Stanley can save its shareholders $30 million a year in taxes by going to Bermuda, I would have thought their ethical obligation to their shareholders would call for them to do so.

Since when is there an ethical obligation to pay more taxes than necessary? Do you pass up itemized deductions on your income tax return to help your country?

It looks like the anti-business rhetoric and taxation from the previous administration has caused many companies to look elsewhere to absorb the costs of such....Apparently, the business friendly climate of this administration has caused some to rethink.

I thought the recent mantra from liberals has been corporations pay virtually *no* income tax?

30 million dollars per year is a lot of nothing!
