Bear Down,

Good point. On the other hand, no one has gainsaid your observation either. Given the ferocity of loyalty held by some individuals for Elgindy I'm sure they would've contradicted you by now if they could.

Interestingly, I've noticed this kind of thing on message boards of companies being bashed. There seems to be an unspoken rule, 'thou shalt not contradict, nor undermine, nor besmirch thine fellow allies no matter how outrageous (or truthful) their posts'.

It's often referred to as the 'code of silence'.

You appear to be the rare exception.

I remember plenty of talk about cash bribe stocks. I don't recall the phrase "FBI cash bribe stocks".

Bear, if you admit, you're guilty

If you or someone else states that they witnessed tony brag about some "fbi cash bribe stocks," yet they did nothing, they are also guilty. Guilty of not informing authorities. Guilty of using the information to profit. Guilty of aiding and abeting.....IFFFFF this did indeed happen. That would make them part of the enterprise, whether they were a member or not, paid member, gratis member, just someone he emailed information to, someone who heard it from someone else...

Have your hired an attorney yet, bear down? Won't you need one now that you have stated that you witnessed what you thought were illegal acts yet you did nothing? Did you indeed witness illegal acts? or was tony talking out of his behind? did it even happen?
