Steve can you give me an example of when we previously had the kind of technical indicators we had recently (VIX over 50, lots of ticks on both DJIA/Naz under -1000 over multiple days, etc.) where we didn't have a significant rally afterwards? I need to know what to look out for, and admittedly I've only looked back at the last several years. I guess one concern is something like 98 where we had a double VIX spike over 50 in a fairly short period of time. But after that it did rally.
