Hi Elmat, perspective? Indeed yes.

What is the sense of clambering up the ladder (evolutionary, revolutionary, expeditionary, contemporary... whatever) if not to enjoy the view?

But all jocularity aside, here I sit, while my socks tumble, my son glued to some cartoons on a TV and me to my laptop. Momentarily taken out of our palace in the woods back into the plebean realm of modern convenience... and chat with folks scattered over millions of square miles. Wow!

Perspective.

Take care elmat...
best,
John

automat,

Re: you are doing things that were once only afforded if you would be the king of the place!

Get a grip, man. You are delusional. The experience that Mr. Shannon just had was the entire life of the Cree Nation for dozens of generations. All members of the tribe enjoyed the same benefit.

I am so disappointed that you don't understand. I'm aghast that you are such a suck-a$$ royalist. Kings have nothing to do with the good life. Kings only take away the life of the people. Steal it, for their own evil advantage. Kings are wrong. Kings are paranoid, they create armies to protect themselves from facing the basic dishonesty of their existence. Kings are deceivers. Kings are not what you ought to be praising. Kings are scoundrels.
