From Realmoney.com ... Kass reporting on RMPro.com renewed rumors about possible Fed rate cut prior to Aug. 13 FOMC meeting. Salomon Brothers apparently forecasting a 50 bp cut prior to 8/13 while Goldman Sachs now anticipates the Fed will ease by 75 basis points in Q4. And... "The Israelites made a golden calf because they didn't have enough gold to make a cow." -- Actual Sunday school paper P.S. I doubled my NEM position on Monday.
