And the bid is at your cost ("he, he, he"). But try to sell them back to the the MM, and I would bet he will lower that bid. Since you and he are the only ones interested, you would probably have to chase him.

I'm not saying that you won't make money on the trade, I'm just saying it's a low probability trade. Why didn't you hedge closer to the money, with fewer contracts?
