JW, Please continue with your posts, I find them informative and re-assuring. I know how you feel, when I share my thoughts with friends and relatives, they look at me like I have a duck on my head. Well...it's my duck...and speaking of Duck...think you and the rest on this board will be able to take squatters rights on some of those lovely digs on the beach in Duck, NC...figure most of those were bought on option sales...several of my colleagues own down there and are now sacred to death about not getting the rental money to cover their 110% mortgages...I bet you many are going to just walk away...
