The Dow and the Nasdaq fell below the key levels we gave you last evening, meaning their respective 3-Day Charts could not turn up today. As we have stated, the normal market reaction, when this occurs, is for a still stronger decline to follow, at least short term.
This does not mean that some sort of strong bounce could not occur at some point this afternoon. We would be surprised if we do not see some sort of bounce this afternoon. However, if we do see a strong bounce, but we later fall back below the prior print low for the day, this will signal that an even stronger decline is coming at some point this afternoon.
