"The newly formed Brooks-PRI Automation Inc, which was originally hailed as a true ‘merger’ of two of the most successful US based fab automation companies, has turned into an aggressive acquisition with Brooks being the dominant player."

Hard to figure out how a BRKS shareholder sees the acquisition of PRIA as a "merger." If a group of shareholders from one company dilute their ownership, how can anyone see this a merger? Sounds much like the nonsense re the Alcatel deal that fell through with Lucent way back last year.
