Von & aktony, I agree with GS that the fed cuts again. I'm not saying it's the right thing - just a thing needed by the politicos to keep the housing bubble going and to try to keep the market from tanking. You may be right that nobody wants new debt, but this makes it easier for corporations looking to roll over maturities on existing debt. Of course it would be disaster for the weakening dollar, but then again when have we chosen the 'hard but correct' pathway? Sharp
