dubya's objectives, administration, legitimacy, credibility and competence can only be characterized as a "nebulous adventure" in the first place. Upon any rational measure of scrutiny there is absolutely nothing to lend credence to his position or his use of its authority. It only makes sense that "the market" can do nothing but react as such.
