Gates should buy Hershey and become Billy Wonka. LOL!! What would be even sweeter would be this market finding a bottom. Cutting tax rates and interest rates is great, but what they need to do now is cut the bloated federal budget (Bush and the GOP are just as much to blame as the Dems in this regard, IMO), and further deregulate, which unfortunately won't happen in the current Enron, Worldcom, AOL environment. -JB
