preliminary tick money flow studies for today's trading indicates Monday will be a transition day with a very strong rally starting Tuesday which will probably last until the August options expiration

In addition to the research study on Congress, found some other stuff that's not at all political, checks out, and is even more important.

Although OT for this thread, some of it is pretty significant vis a vis the big picture.
