GYR-v...in the news: Gallery raises $450,000 through private placement News Release Mr. Bruce Costard reports GALLERY ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT Gallery Resources has closed a private placement for three million units of the company for total proceeds of $450,000. The units issued pursuant to the private placement consisted of one common share issued at a price of 15 cents per share and a warrant to purchase an additional common share at a price of 20 cents per share in the first year and at a price of 25 cents per share in the second year. The shares issued pursuant to this private placement and the shares issuable upon exercise of the warrants have a hold period expiring on Dec. 7, 2002.
