Hi Sarmad,

In many ways - the tech companies are showing signs of a maturing market.Mergers and acquisitions will continue.I recall KLA and Tencor merging around the bottom of the 98 cycle.

Like the auto business, huge sales on thin margins are a sign of global excess capacity.

Technology must advance and then the cycle will renew.

Profitability is low but R&D is still very high.

These seeds being planted will yield fruit.
