qqq max pain takes us to 24+ (but less than 25) as of this past friday. puts outnumber calls all the way to 24 (25 for significant difference) and the weighted-cost thing also puts it firmly at 24. the three horesemen of the naspocalypse are all below max pain (to various degrees) so it doesn't take much imagination to see how they do this...assuming they do do this... in a convenient "coincidence" an expiry rally would also show Cramer to be the idiot he is. -bg- plus zeev's thread has gone unbelievably bearish in the last couple of days. not zeev, mind you, but many of the other posters.
