Perused a few charts and things don't looks done to the downside even in the short-term for tech. That INTC breakdown is most telling.

However on the bull side I do see a bullish wedge forming in Smelly which I will be tracking:

As for non-tech, I see an impulse in progress off the top. I put it at about 50% that we have turned but either way I see the first bounce as a great shorting opp.
