There are ways for companies to minimize tax burdens absent of moving the ferkin' headquarters TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY!

For starters, Dave, such a practice is UN-AMERICAN! (You know, like Benedict Arnold.)

Are you saying, then, that every American company that has NOT moved to Bermuda is stupid? If it's such a smart move, then why are GE, Procter $ Gamble and Anheuser-Busch still incorporated in America?

Perhaps these firms understand that there's a price to pay for being able to set up shop in America.
