Ish, I'll bet that, if you contact the State Troopers, they will confirm that the guy that called you had nothing to do with the troopers. I have gotten many calls from people saying they are representing a state trooper, sheriff, or other law enforcement agency or organization, and when I have called the law enforcement group mentioned, they have told my that it is a scam that uses the mention of law enforcement as a scare tactic.
