I see where they're getting 49 cents for a P-38 can opener. I fished with a guy who bid $50 on some sealed 50 gallon barrels at a surplus auction and wound up with 3 million of them. Sold them wholesale to outdoor stores @ 10 per a dollar. adaagiftshop.safeshopper.com

You're halfway there, Mo! Although it is not necessary to stomp on the can, you dent the side of it on your knee or a rock or something and throw it in the fire. Then what? Remember the objective is to have it at the right temperature, but not spurt. I'd love it if you won. Tigerpaw is the only other entry so far and I'd hate to see a liberal win. stomp on the can with your foot, throw in fire, and stand back so as not to catch possible exploding lima beans in face, all the while crossing your fingers that at least this time you might have discovered the SECRET to warm cans of C-RATS?
