The "rich and famous" doesn't fly. Ask Robert Blake! We do our best to hold them accountable. We do lock up the mentally ill preemptively, using a scale of severity just like the IQ. And we impose numerous restrictions on the rights and freedom of children, as well as punishing parents for failing to supervise and control their children. And I never said we should kill all these people, I said we should lock them up if they cannot tell the difference between right and wrong and/or control their behavior. And, in any event, I'm not the one saying that low IQs cannot tell the difference between right and wrong or control their behavior or be held accountable for their actions ... The Supreme Court is saying it.
