... I have read every column he has written for Morgan Stanley for over two years ... the man's analysis has been absolutely brilliant ...

... "the Nobel Prize winner for economics for 2002 is Stephen Roach of Morgan Stanley, United States of America" ... that's my prediction ... he rightly deserves it ...

Ahh yes I see, you are correct. Odd, this article was posted a few places on SI so I assumed it was current.

Its too bad for enterprise software, due to the IBM dominance situation prior to 1995, we really have no metrics on application software spending from before that time.
