For the 19th time: To minimize taxes by moving one's HQ to a foreign country is indeed un-American ... because (all together now) THE COMPANY AIN'T LOCATED IN THE U.S. OF A. ANYMORE. Real tough concept to grasp, Dave. Sort of a variation of the ol' "love it or leave it" theme that Merle used to sing about circa 1971.

The only way to make sense out of non-sense of the nincompoop posters here is to understand that in their mind the following is true. THE COMPANY AIN'T LOCATED IN THE U.S. OF A. ANYMORE. This means that the tools, products made by the company in the USA will be marked Not Made In the USA." These tools will be made by non citizens of the USA who are not employed in the USA. And the taxes on the above enterprise will not change at all. But I guess they will be Taxes on an enterprise that AIN'T LOCATED IN THE U.S. OF A. ANYMORE.
