You can't trust a president who lives and thrives in the Washington cesspool all the time. If he is weak of character, like Clinton or Daschlegephardt, he absorbs and becomes the poison that foments there. His career objective becomes staying there, rather than serving the nation. Term limits finished Clinton off, and that by itself is a reason to make them universal.
