Well then, it is poorly worded and I apologize. I was trying to explain what I do when I think I have a top and I was complaining that I have been unable to hook into a nice down count. I still fear another Dow high and I am staying the hell away from it short except for quick hits. Yes, I favour down, but even now I have not changed my confidence level from 60-65% for a new low in tech. That is not high enough for me to want to short much. It's all about the banks now. They are everything.
