I would not impose it, so I do not need to ask such questions myself. It seems silly to create situations that require silly meditations that can have no real answer. Where we decide to place the arbitrary lines of "responsibility" will be only an arbitrary line. Meaningless, imo.

The only meaningful decisions I see in murder relate to the murderers likely recidivism. If one can decided the recidivistic tendency of a murderer, that might make some difference in sentence- other distinctions don't make much difference to me. I know what our law is, I merely happen to think our murder laws based on antiquated anglo saxon common law, are not logical enough for me. I would prefer a more logical system. Logical to me, of course.
