I think that some of the fast food places, particularly McDonalds, have tried. I give them credit for that. It may be just that the McLean was before its time. Things often change in fits and starts. Perhaps the recent emphasis on the obesity epidemic will get things moving in the right direction again. It seems to me that it would be better to have McDonalds cooking up something for the second wave rather than defending itself in court.

That's a departure for you. Normally you're speaking out for personal responsibility. Rationalism. Rational people don't blame vendors, because they know they have a choice and they made the choice.
