wrong-wrong-wrong I guess those statistics are 3 mos old or so? Looking around SI you can see comments about SV real estate and most agree with me... Message 17833851 on another topic, jam the gears of the financial system -- much like the crisis days of 1998. Geez they are comparing this period to 1998?? Was that a panic period? The only thing I was panic'ed about then was whether Dell would double or triple that year and whether to go for leaps or just calls. :-(
