Merrill's position is now close to 5% of INAP shares. Evidently they saw something in INAP they like. While many are obsessed with the possibility of delisting or a reverse split to avoid delisting, I think smart money has been buying based on the combination of value and continuing improvement. Often a cynical complacency and a fatalistic view that the stock simply can't move up are the signs of a bottom. Particularly with the stock so cheap, I think the risk/reward potentials looks excellent.
