Of course not - someone must be to blame. That's what the plaintiff's bar tells us, anyway.

i spoke to a bloke who does legal aid law work for a low income clientele and one of the biggest headaches and time consuming issues for him is to ferret out the LIARS within his caseload...

i remember a kid asking me "did you remind me we had a test"...when i pointed to the note on the board that had been there for a week about the test, he continues "well, did you tell me to study ?"
