Well.......lets say we have 10 teams. We could figure out a way to determine draft order. That may require some amount of trust but in any event once we figure out the first round the order just flips for the next round. FOr example the person picking first in the first round would pick last in round 2 and then first in round 3 and so on. So having the first pick is not always the best.
