So..... so far all we have is marketing hype. This is unfortunately reminiscent of the silly talk that passed for intelligent "pitching" during the lately lamented "bubble economy". Somehow I think these wireless salesmen are dealing with an entirely more chastened and cautious crowd these days.

Even with the 3G data rates of 250kb/s that's about 4c/minute. Less assuming more realistic lower data rates.

In Europe where the population is denser, and hence wireless makes a better business proposition, the voice rates are more than that yet all the networks make a loss.

So how do you come up with that cost per minute? Or did you make it up?
