Ish, Verizon has a service that is able to recognize a sales, or donation, call. I don't know how, but when one comes in, the phone rings, and call intercept appears on our caller ID. We then have the option to take the call, refuse it, or send it to voice mail. If we don't answer the phone at all, the caller still has the option of leaving voice mail, but those boiler room callers almost never do that. We have only had 2 telemarketing get through the system in 4 months.
