Karen, I just gave you two examples of your demolib sounding pronouncements a couple of post ago. Read'em and weep. Ah, I see. The notion of "on balance" plays no role in your thinking. One drop of demolib blood is all it takes. Well, there's no arguing with that. BTW, I don't suppose it ever occurred to you that some Republicans would not have had to come up with the category of "compassionate conservative" but to distinguish themselves from the mean spirited ones? Or that the GOP was a very different party before it discovered its inner self-righteousness. Goldwater would be rolling over in his grave. P.S.
