Hey baby, as of Friday's close I am travelling very light in non-tech, so I hope we don't get some really nasty business now. I don't think we rally, I actually think we make new lows and then put in a good bounce. It is there that I want to re-up my short weighting.

Tech lows/NDX breached. Dow rallied 1,200 points or so and tech was moribund. Duh.

Software should be a good giver still in the declines of the next two/three weeks. The cries about semis being so oversold do not move me. It continues to look like an accident scene to me.

COMPX hangs above the lows, and may continue to do so for days, but it won't last.

QCOM. -g Target for the favoured scenario is about $12.50, but I would not hold on for anything under $16 personally, and that continues to be my L-T target.

If I can make it there,
I'll make it anywhere,
It's up to you, New York, Ne-ew Yooooook
