Duke: I disagree with Gartenberg. I think that this puts pressure on a;; parties to get on with life. As MSFT gets feed back from OEM's and other vendors the gov't is going to feel dumb for dragging its feet. They will also realize that they are out of their depth in trying to design software. In any event KK will surely include these present decrees in the final one.JFD

Be careful about using ZDnet as a source. IMO they don't have very good journalists and often leave out very important information. Their primary focus is the computer user without any high level of knowledge of anything.
