I half agree with you. But I do think those warnings are not as clear as they could be, and certainly in the case of drugs that can induce psychotic breaks and violence, in the patient, I think their might need to be counseling before giving the drug- simply because the "cure" could be so much worse than the disease.

I think the very length of those warnings sometimes buries the very dangerous side effects in a wash of minor side effects.
