IMPORTANT MESSAGE ------- all, please read and respond

This will help "longs" and "shorts" to succeed.

I just wrote NASD last week about the importance of them giving us daily or real-time short data. Their site at nasdaq.com only gives short data once a month and yahoo is equally bad. We can have it and protect ourselves against massive and sudden short buildups in stocks. Those of you who short can even tag along.

PLEASE E-MAIL --- pubcom@nasd.com

with the spread quad break on Qcom, wouldn't this suggest a shorting point? I guess in this environment though would need to be on the look out for a bear trap. How would you approach this? Trying to get the hang of P&F charts. TIA
