Dale, exactly this is not your garden variety inventory correction of the post WWII era. This recession is about the cleansing the excess debt, capacity, malinvestment, correcting absurd valuations etc , TL & EV . The new paradigm will be the baby brats will have to learn to defer gratification and live simpler ( within their means) and SAVE like their parents did. mike
