I'm not sure TA is that precise. You can't be sure it's really an H&S until the stock breaks down. Ticking a few cents past the 7/24 low would be read by most technicians as a successful retest if it reverses upward and a sell signal if it breaks down. Heads they win, tails you lose. A good technician is never wrong - or at least no one can prove it. ;-)
