The US already has a legal mechanism by which to punish war crimes. It's called court martial. Maybe you've heard of it?

Karen, maybe it's about time Europe solve Europe's mess....Europe can put in it's own troops,and the US can, and should leave IMO.... Europe always seems to want the US money, and military help but Europeans as a whole, if their press is to be believed, scream the loudest.

Perhaps it's about time they pick up their own litter.
