. Now the real estate bubble is our last hope and doomed Cost of realestate to me dooms us, as those costs are very high now in residential yet vacancies increase commercially. Those who are employed will request higher wages and those who are connected to a union will get them. Gees is American kids did not use credit cards think of all the new bankrupt Visa cards providers we would have. VBG I do agree we have become to spoiled and are going to be in a big mess as we learn how to not be spoiled.
